I am a certified Human Design reader, yoga teacher and sound therapist with a passion to bring more joy and connection into your life. With my work, I want to help you break free from the confines of your mind and foster a profound connection with your inner self because that's where we can really create magic!

My approach goes beyond mere guidance. I will always encourage you to go on an exploration of your body, mind, and soul to truly connect with yourself as a whole (not only does that rhyme but it’s actually so essential to work with all of your energetic bodies to really make changes in your life!). Whether that's through Human Design, movement, or sound, I firmly believe that genuine transformation occurs when we are in alignment.

Human Design showed me what is possible. I always had this inner feeling that I wanted to do things differently (hello MG energy) and through learning about my Human Design, I really learned how to use my inherent energy - and so can you!

With my holistic knowledge, I’m dedicated to supporting you to reach your fullest potential while staying true to your authentic self.

What is inside "The Signature Reading" :

In this 60-minute session, we will journey through your Human Design chart together and focus on the fundamental aspects of your design OR dive deeper into specific topics you want to know more about. You will understand how your individual energetic blueprint can help you live out your uniqueness.

This session is perfect for anyone who:

- wants to learn more about their Human Design chart

- is seeking guidance on how to use their unique energy in practical terms aka the real life

- craves a deeper connection to their inner guidance and how to actually follow it.
