Terms and Conditions for "Transformational Human Design Readers Training" Human Design Course

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Transformational Human Design Readers Training (referred to as "the Course"). These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Course and your agreement to pay for the Course in installments as outlined in this document. This means that you commit to pay all the installments in the time frame scheduled if this was your payment option selection, even if you finished your course before the last installment.

2. Course Enrollment

Upon enrolling in the Course, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of the first payment.

3. Payment Terms

3.1. The total cost of the Course is 4444€ for the Integral Training (Levels 1 to 4), 2222€ for the Initiation Training (levels 1& 2), and 2222€ for the Upgrade training (levels 3&4).*Note that these pricing options can be modified at any-time without previous notification, but never updating your current payments, only affecting future students.

3.2. Payment Plan: The Course Fee may be paid in the installments selected when purchasing the product being able to select between:
A) One Time Payment - No Installments
B) x3 Split Payments - x3 Installments of 1222€ for the Integral Training or 627€ each for the Initiation & Upgrade Training.
C) x6 Split Payments -
x6 installments of 676€ for the Integral Training or 373€ each for the Initiation or Upgrade Training.

3.3. Payment Schedule: The first installment is due upon enrollment. Subsequent installments are due every 30 days/according to the agreed schedule.

3.4. Late Payments: If a delay in the payment occurs It will be notified to the buyer up to 2 times via email after the payment's scheduled due date, absence of a reply or negative to fulfill the installment will cause a suspension in the Course account until the matter is solved. Are considered late if not received within 7 scheduled days of the due date, suspending your account until further notice.

4. Course Access and Duration

4.1. Access to the Course materials will be granted upon receipt of the first installment.

4.2. The Course has lifetime access with 12 months of companion sessions, including but not limited to our community, Live Sessions, and Energy talks.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. All Sales are final and No refunds will be issued after enrollment.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials are proprietary and are protected under intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, distribute, or share any materials without written consent from Maike Gabriela - © Upraising GmbH.

7. Liability and Disclaimer

© Upraising GmbH is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from using the Course or applying any tool or technique learned during the course journey. Including but not limited to bad practices incurred by any of the students of this training.


8. Amendments

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Switzerland Law.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in the Course and making your first payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
